A postnatal yoga session dedicated to your core and pelvic floor. And this time you can fully concentrate on YOU and your movements. Including aspects of Hypopressives breathing to really assist with your pelvic floor and tummy seperation.
Followed by a restorative meditation allowing you to fully immerse yourself into relaxation and calmness. Including a small head massage to really relax you deeply.
Then not forgetting home made cakes and treats to enjoy
