Using safe and effective core exercises we will build up each week gradually increasing the intensity.
Using hypopressive breathing technique and flow movements your pelvic floor will feel stronger than it ever has, without even needing to do any kegals!!
You will have the knowledge and confidence to continue the practice at home after the 8 weeks, and have all the techniques needed to feel strong and stable in your own body.
