Mum and Baby Yoga
Postnatal yoga for helping to improve stability, tone and deep muscles.
Helps to reactivate the pelvic floor and core.
Baby Yoga to help with coordination, gentle stimulation and interaction.
Gentle breath work to help release tension and anxitey.
If you cant make the live class a video of it will be posted for you to follow after in your own time.
It is advised waiting 6 weeks postnatally and if you have had a c section waiting 10-12 weeks.
Once you have signed up you will be invited to the private facebook group to join and zoom links will be posted weekly. Zoom is easily downloaded to your phone,laptop or tablet.
