This class is suitable for new mums and babies after your 6 week check
We use a mixture of yoga poses which are suitable for your postnatal body, fully adaptable for mums who have common postnatal symptoms such as diastasis recti ( abdominal seperation.)
These moves are great for reintroducing your body back to exercise, celebrating your new role as a mother and gently stretching and strengthening your body.
We will also include baby yoga into the session to include your little one, these will include moves which are great for wind and constipation as well as being a lovely bonding experience for you and baby.
Please bring a blanket for baby to lay on next to you.
