A LIVE session via ZOOM

* This is £15 when you sign up for whole of April which works out at just £3 a session or you can book directly with me ( please message) at £5 payg. 

I am training to be a FULL adult Yoga teacher- Come join me in a Yoga session, to stretch, aid relaxation and assist with a helpful night sleep- You will need a strap/scarf to assist stretching. - Small fee of £3 for the class to help keep my business afloat!! - tickets bookable as a payg option for £5 :) please spread the word. xx

The movements are very gentle and calming. - Not suitable in PREGNANCY. 

Because i am not actually with you, please be responsible for your own movements, i will not take any responsibility for accident or injury. 

Once you've signed up each week I will send you an email no later than an hour before the class with a link to join via ZOOM.
