A baby can learn when their mother is relaxed through her breathing, through sounds, through movement.

When you continue to mum and baby yoga once little one is born, your baby will remember the sounds, recognise their mothers breath for relaxation and also will recognise the voice of the yoga teacher thus aiding calmness and familiarity!
