Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful way to gently exercise the body, relax the mind and make a real connection with your unborn baby. 

 

We use gentle breathing techniques, soothing meditations and flowing movements to assist you with pregnancy throughout all stages. 

 

Moves that you learn within class can be transfered across to you labour, giving you gentle techniques to help the mind and body connect and assist during contractions. 

You have the opportunity to meet other mums to be and form friendships through the classes. I am still in touch with mums I met during my pregnancy yoga when I was expecting my son in 2017.
