Pregnancy Yoga classes
The course runs in monthl rolling blocks, you can start from as early as 12 weeks all the way up until you give birth, we always welcome back families who have had their little ones to meet the rest of the group.
If you enrol on the course you are automatically on the list to continue once baby is born with our baby massage, and mummy and baby yoga sessions ( you have first refusal on spaces)
